Good morning, United States chiropractors and allied health professionals. This is Bharon Hoag, the executive director of OneChiropractic and the Chiropractic Defense Council coming to you today, Monday, November 29th for your weekly update. Uh, yeah. Um, our world is just a, a crazy world, man. Hopefully you guys enjoyed your Thanksgiving day, week. Um, you know, we do have a lot to be thankful for in the midst of all the craziness that’s going on in our world. I think those of us that maybe have been affected by those, um, that have gotten COVID and, and saw the effects of what can happen, our patients, um, just where our world is at the end of the day can be very thankful. Um, I know there’s different parts of the country that have had various, uh, you know, effects of the craziness going on. But in the end, I know I’m very thankful.
Um, both of my parents actually had COVID and were in the hospital and, um, praise God are doing well. And, and my, my mother will be out of the hospital here soon. So this, uh, this, this Thanksgiving was, was a bit different, um, in dealing with what I deal with every single day. I’m just so thankful for the, the spirit of man, the heart of chiropractors and, and the desire to stand up and serve humanity on an incredible level. So I want to thank you. I’m very thankful for all of you, um, in the, in the midst of all of this going on your faith and who we are and what we’re doing and the fight that we’re taking on around the world on behalf of chiropractic. So thank you for that. And while I’m thinking those, I want to thank, uh, very much our, our, uh, partners that are working with us to help distribute this information.
Um, I, I just couldn’t do it without the whole team. I know my face has pasted on stuff, but we’ve got a number of people behind the scenes and throughout our profession that are helping to perpetuate what we’re putting out that are helping us with relationships, working in collaboration with us on different projects. And so I’m very thankful to everyone that has accepted us as a viable organization in the profession, and, and just know that it’s not without a understanding and without an appreciation on behalf of myself and all of us at, at a one chiropractic. So thank you to everyone for everything you’re doing. And again, hope you had a phenomenal Thanksgiving weekend, um, with your loved ones. So let’s get into what’s happening in the world. Um, good news is we’ve had no major shakeups in the United States. Um, no new mandates have been issued, no radical changes.
There’s been nothing coming out of the white house. Um, you know, we saw, as I stated last week, OSHA themselves have come out and stated that they are not going to be issuing or enforcing any type of a mandate on employers. Um, CMS has still been very quiet, nothing coming out of them. So we, we really haven’t seen too much of anything in our Rhode Island. Um, we’ve had no reports of anyone being affected or knocking on any doors or really in the world. Uh, any of our religious exemption forms being challenged, uh, nothing really at this point. Now there is chatter. We have, uh, those of you may recall that we predicted what’s happening right now coming into this winter season, um, that there is a new variant, um, that is coming out of South Africa that we expected. The funny part about this particular, uh, variant is that it’s, it’s kind of funny to me that it’s now one of the biggest thing they’re stating is that it’s targeting younger people, um, which it’s funny how that works in conjunction with the FDA clearing our CDC clearing, um, the ability for the vaccine to go to children.
So, you know, their little plan is not quite as clever as it may once have been. I think most of us are waking up and seeing the writing on the wall and how they’re trying to push the agenda. Um, so we’re not sure what this variant means. Um, we know that there’s been some communication. We don’t know if things are going to ramp back up in the United States as we enter the holiday season. Um, I’m not sure that’s going to happen again. We have enough states, we have enough information, clearly there’s more data coming out every single day about, um, natural immunity and how strong that is. Um, the CDC was forced to have to admit that they have not been tracking that, that they, they need to start doing that. We’re seeing it on news outlets right now. Um, things that are happening as a matter of fact, this coming week, um, Thursday and Friday, I will actually be in Nashville, Tennessee meeting with Robert Kennedy, Dell big tree, um, Leah Wilson from Stanford health freedom.
A lot of people that are fighting this fight all over the world. We’re all gonna be together in Nashville, uh, in a little summit of our own, thanks to Stuart Warner and his wife. Um, they’re putting that together there in Nashville. I think I sent something out to you guys last week or so about the event that’s happening in Nashville. So I’m very excited to be sitting around the table with that group sharing, with what we’re doing across the world, getting information from them, hopefully being able to utilize them, to get some experts that we need for some of our cases in Australia and New Zealand. Um, but yeah, so I’ll have a lot more to share with you. As a matter of fact, I’ll be recording next week’s videos from Nashville. So it’ll be hot off the press from my meeting on Friday, um, talking with them.
So if you’re going to be at that event and you took advantage of the discount that we provided, um, please make sure you find me and say hello to me. I would love to meet you and shake your hand. Um, but next week I should have a lot of information from you about what’s really happening across the world from that summit. But listen, we are, we’re doing a lot of work across the world. We’re, um, in deep fights within Australia, New Zealand is starting to get a little bit more tyrannical there with passing new laws and increasing fines and removing, uh, rights of their citizens with health information. Um, you know, we’re, we’re w Canada so far, we haven’t had any mandates issued, but we have some things happening in British Columbia and with their chiropractic schools and examining board. Um, so we’re very, very working.
We’re starting to go into South Africa. Um, we are now in the United Kingdom as well. I’m working with them on x-ray issues and other things. So just understand that the CDC is not in existence because of the mandates alone. Um, we are here to make sure that the profession of chiropractic is protected. Uh, we believe we’re in a very, very unique position to be able to do work that has been, uh, otherwise not able to happen. And we’re very thankful to everyone for jumping on board and understanding our scope. I also want to call out, um, we have our new website that literally just launched. So if you go to our website now defend chiropractic, it’s a little bit easier to find the country that you’re in. Um, find the resources that we have available. We’re going to be continuing to update that I’m working with our legal team and, and different things to make that site a bit more, uh, um, interactive.
So, uh, beef, please go back to the site. Give me your feedback. I would appreciate that we’ve been working very hard to get that done, um, but we want, uh, we want to make sure that people can get access to the information they need right away. So if you have any questions this week, or if anything that I’ve missed, I want to remind you that one of the strengths of our organization is the communication it’s being tied into over 2,500 individuals across the world that are giving us a purview of what they’re seeing and communicating back to us so that we can respond and work on it. We’re not as smart as we come across. It’s really the team that we have in place and the communication that we work through every single day, that gives us the ability to do the work that we’re doing.
So that has a lot to do with you. So I’m asking you to continue to communicate with us with any research. You find, any stories, you hear, any issues that we may not be communicating about. Um, we need you to be our eyes and ears out in your state. Uh, making sure that we understand what’s happening. I am going to also ask you to please continue to spread the word. Remember our goal was to get to 5,000 contributors by the end of the year. So we’re halfway there. Um, so we need to do a big push. We’re going to be doing some marketing, um, as we’re continuing to spread across the world, that’s helping, but in the United States is obviously the largest grouping of chiropractors. All we’re asking for is $33 a month. So I’m asking you right now to share this video with individuals that may be in your circle, um, that they can understand how to become a part of who we are and what we’re doing so that we can achieve that goal.

Um, we’re going to continue to bring you information, like I said, next week’s video, definitely pay attention to that because I’ll be having a lot of information coming out of that meeting in Nashville, um, that I’m very excited and honored to be able to be invited to that invitation only meeting, um, to sit down with some of the leaders in our profession and make sure that we work together for the good of humanity, really. And you know, at the end of the day, that’s what this is ultimately about. So we love you. We appreciate you having an amazing week. Um, we’ll be back at you next Monday.
